Kyntus innovates with a new range of decarbonized integrated towers

As part of its decarbonization policy, the Kyntus Group has taken a major new step by completely rethinking its single-tube pylon offering. The company now offers a patented range of decarbonized integrated pylons, designed to provide an innovative, sustainable solution that breaks completely with conventional models.

A breakthrough innovation: decarbonized monotube

The innovation is based on a steel trellis structure wrapped in vertical wood cladding, with or without a radome. This choice cuts the carbon footprint in half, while offering numerous advantages:

  • better aesthetic integration,
  • thermal comfort (no excessive heat inside),
  • adaptability to radio equipment without modifying the structure,
  • can be raised and reinforced without complete replacement,
  • multi-operator capability.

Sustainable, high-performance design

The tubeless, seamless mesh combines strength, lightness and a high recycling rate. Eventually, it will be able to incorporate XCarb® steel, further reducing its carbon footprint.

Class 4 autoclave-treated premium solid wood cladding guarantees long-lasting weather resistance and natural aesthetics. Its longevity exceeds 20 years, ensuring long-lasting, environmentally-friendly integration.

An innovation protected in Europe

The patent for this new range was declared admissible before the summer of 2025 on a European scale, underlining the innovative value of the project and its potential for international deployment.

A forward-looking solution

With this new range, Kyntus offers a solution combining performance, durability and innovation, perfectly suited to the challenges of the energy transition.
