Our history
Kyntus was born in 2018 from the merger of 4 companies specializing in the construction of fixed and mobile telecommunications networks. Their founders wanted to combine their expertise to offer operators, businesses and local authorities a comprehensive and sustainable range of very high-speed telecoms networks and power grids.
Since its creation, Kyntus has experienced continuous growth, extending its know-how to new territories and sectors.
Creation of the Kyntus group
by the union of 4 companies specialized in the construction of fixed and mobile telecommunications networks: SMT (founded in 1994), ARS (founded in 1998), HTEL (founded in 2007) and ATS (founded in 2009).
2018
Creation of ATS Mayotte
2020
Acquisition of SIT
specialist in the construction and deployment of masts, pylons, mobile equipment (Cell on Wheels) and shelters.
2021
Diversification
through the merger with the Comelec group, specialized in electrical networks.
2021
Expansion in Germany
with the creation of Kyntus GMBH and the acquisition of MHG.
2021
Deployment in Germany
First contracts in Germany and creation of Kyntus BAU, a subsidiary of Kyntus GMBH.

Scopelec business takeover at Reunion Island
2023
Entering the Irish and British markets
fiber deployment, via a majority stake in Entegro, an Irish telecom services company set up in 2018.
2024
Leadership
Today, Kyntus is a European leader in fixed and mobile communications networks.
