They are formalized in a Code of Ethics that places them at the heart of our approach. By adhering to these guidelines, we reinforce our role as a trusted player in telecommunications and connectivity, year after year.

For Kyntus, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an essential lever for meeting the social, environmental and societal challenges of today and tomorrow, while consolidating the trust we wish to build with our customers, partners and teams.

By integrating responsible practices at every level of our organization, we are affirming our commitment to sustainability, so that the choices we make today will safeguard the opportunities of tomorrow.

Our ambition 2025

Kyntus has published its Roadmap 2025.
It sets out our concrete objectives, to ensure that our activities are environmentally friendly, fair to our employees and partners, and aligned with society's expectations.

Our quality approach

Kyntus makes operational excellence a priority at every level of its organization and in every aspect of its business. Our aim is to make the Group a benchmark in this field for all its stakeholders: customers, suppliers and employees.

To our customers :

The lasting success of the Kyntus Group lies in the superior quality of our telecommunications and connectivity services, and in the complete satisfaction of our different types of customers. We listen to each and every one of them to offer personalized solutions and services, and to ensure high-quality delivery through a seamless user experience. The AFAQ certifications, which Kyntus will obtain by 2021, have demonstrated the effectiveness of this policy.

With regard to our suppliers :

We build partnerships with our suppliers based on trust, mutual respect and integrity. The aim is twofold: to guarantee the highest quality of service to our customers, and to encourage responsible business practices throughout our value chain.
The Suppliers and Purchasing Relations label (RFAR) obtained in March 2025 has confirmed the achievement of this objective.

To our employees :

We foster a culture of integrity, respect and transparency in all circumstances. Whatever the area of responsibility or hierarchical level, we emphasize excellence and personal development. We are committed to maintaining an environment of trust and quality. Last but not least, we are committed to improving the quality of life at work, as measured annually by an employee survey.

Our labels & certifications

To give concrete expression to our commitment, we have embarked on a demanding evaluation and certification process.

RFAR (Responsible Purchasing and Supplier Relations) label

In March 2025, Kyntus was awarded the RFAR label for rigorous social and environmental responsibility practices in purchasing. Obtaining this label demonstrates the effectiveness of the measures taken by Kyntus in its supplier relations: implementation of transparent and ethical purchasing policies, proactive risk management, the fight against corruption, as well as the development of lasting relationships with suppliers. It also illustrates Kyntus' ability to support its suppliers in this demanding approach. This policy is reviewed annually, ensuring Kyntus' commitment to continuous improvement.

AFAQ certifications: ISO 9001 - ISO 14001 - ISO 27001 - ISO 45001

From the outset, Kyntus has been committed to an ambitious certification process, covering all aspects of the Group's activities:

  • Quality and customer satisfaction
  • Employee health and safety
  • Customer and company data security
  • Respect for the environment

All these certifications, obtained in 2021, were renewed at the end of 2024.

United Nations Global Compact and Diversity Charter

Each year (since 2021), Kyntus renews its commitment by adhering to the United Nations Global Compact as well as the Diversity Charter.

In this way, we reaffirm our commitment to respecting fundamental principles of human rights, the environment and the fight against corruption, while fostering an inclusive corporate culture.

Ecovadis - GOLD

Kyntus has been assessed every year since 2020 by ECOVADIS.
Its assessment criteria cover a wide range of areas, from environmental initiatives to ethical practices and respect for human rights.

With a gold rating and a score of 72/100 in 2024, Kyntus far surpasses the industry average of 53/100. This performance is the fruit of our commitment to innovative policies and advanced management of environmental and social issues, including human rights.

Greenhouse gas assessment

Kyntus has deployed a strategy to reduce its carbon footprint, resulting in a 15% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions between 2022 and 2023. The company has also implemented a waste management and reduction program.
