ORGANIZATIONAL POSITIONING
Reporting to the Human Resources Director
MISSIONS
- Manage the administrative, logistical and organizational aspects of the training programs to be implemented, in liaison with the Human Resources Manager, in compliance with legal obligations and skills development objectives approved by managers.(Steering the Training Plan from A to Z).
- Collect and record validated training needs.
- Ensure the renewal of authorizations and other mandatory training courses
- Plan training sessions (calendar, invitations, attendance sheets, feedback from on-the-spot evaluations)
- Coordinate external (agencies) and internal (in-house trainers) stakeholders
- Monitor the budget for sessions carried out (invoices, payments)
- Prepare applications for OPCO funding
- Monitor training budget (reporting, dashboards)
- Manage monitoring indicators (completion and satisfaction rates)
- Building a training catalog
- Additional recruitment tasks: advertisements to be posted on various media, pre-qualification of candidates by telephone, follow-up and summary for managers.
- HR administrative management tasks
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of professional training systems (CPF, OPCO, Qualiopi)
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Keeping track of your budget
- Know how to draw up specifications to select training organizations according to our requirements and budget constraints
- Understanding telecom professions (desired)
- Compliance with current regulations

prerequisites (experience, skills, diplomas or certifications)
- BAC + 3 Ressources Humaines or equivalent DUT Gestion et Administration du Personnel, with at least 4 to 5 years' experience in training management
- Driver's license
- English preferred
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Office work (position located in Vélizy)
- Internal relations with all departments and divisions
- External relations with organizations (trainers, organizations, OPCO)
