MISSIONS

  • Collecting documents from recruiters
  • Drawing up DPAEs
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Trial period management
  • Enter variables and prepare payroll on Silae
  • SDTC management
  • Medical Visit Management
  • DSN preparation
  • Accounting of payroll entries
  • Accounting control of social security charges (43...)
  • Employee account lettering

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of SILAE highly desirable
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software
  • Mastery of accounting, social and tax standards
  • Know your company's collective bargaining agreement (CCN)
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions
  • How to create dashboards
  • Rigorously apply instructions, safety rules and procedures (RGPD)
  • Set up HR indicators (accident rate, absenteeism rate, etc.) and identify/propose sources of improvement in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Liaise with company departments, chartered accountants, auditors, employment agencies, social organizations, trainers)
