Kyntus accelerates its development through a majority stake acquisition by its subsidiary Entegro in Nahanagan Electrical Engineering Services.
Based in Enniscorthy (County Wexford), Nahanagan Electrical Engineering Services is a leading Irish company specializing in high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical engineering services. It works on critical electrical infrastructure throughout Ireland and offers a comprehensive range of services, from design, installation, commissioning, and operation to asset maintenance. The company supports more than 100 customers in the renewable energy, pharmaceutical, transportation, and industrial sectors.
This investment is part of Kyntus' strategy to support the development of operational platforms with high technical value and strong long-term growth potential. With this partnership, Entegro is strengthening its position as a multi-service infrastructure platform. Historically focused on telecommunications, Entegro is now expanding its scope to include electrical and energy networks, with a view to strengthening networks, promoting renewable energy production, and supporting the energy transition.
The transaction will also accelerate the growth of Entegro Energy, Entegro's division dedicated to energy and renewable energy services designed to deliver large-scale, complex, integrated infrastructure projects.
Since its inception in 2019, Entegro has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects that support connectivity, resilience, and sustainability. Nahanagan Electrical will continue to operate under its current leadership team as part of this long-term strategic partnership, while benefiting from Entegro's scale, financial resources, and governance framework.
Together, the two companies are ideally positioned to support increased investment in national power grids and renewable energy infrastructure.
