On September 30, 2026, Kyntus signed an agreement to acquire TISSEO, a subsidiary of Bouygues Telecom specializing in fiber-optic connectivity services.
With this acquisition, 500 employees are joining KYNTUS, thereby strengthening the Group’s teams, expertise, and presence in the field of fiber-optic connectivity in France and Europe.
With a presence in every region of France, TISSEO brings its expertise and experience to the deployment and connection of fiber networks. This initiative also strengthens the collaboration between Kyntus and Bouygues Telecom, a strategic partner of the Group.
TISSEO will be integrated into the Bouygues Telecom Fixed-Line Business Unit. A cross-functional integration project has been launched to support the teams and business units as they move into this new phase.
This acquisition represents a significant step in Kyntus' growth strategy and strengthens the Group's capabilities in telecom infrastructure.
