ORGANIZATIONAL POSITIONING

Under the authority of the QSE Director

MISSIONS

  • Define, organize, and maintain the quality management system and oversee its implementation at all levels of the company.
  • Ensure that the QSE management system and related documents (Single Document, Environmental Analysis) are kept up to date, in accordance with the latest versions of the standards.
  • Take into account the contractual requirements of customers,
  • Define and implement the communication plan for the policy, management system, and quality, safety, and environment (QSE) program.
  • Promote proper understanding and application of QSE procedures and approaches through training and methodological assistance.
  • Identify and analyze QSE issues, implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures
  • Define and manage action plans related to safety, quality, and the environment
  • Promote improvement plans, a culture of continuous improvement, and best practices among employees.
  • Define and monitor quality management tools (documentation system, indicators, etc.)
  • Organize and supervise internal and external QSE audits (customers, certification bodies)
  • Organize and conduct awareness sessions and disseminate QSE guidelines and procedures among internal teams and partners.
  • Monitoring standards and regulations
  • Prepare specific certification or accreditation procedures and ensure the continuity of existing certifications.
  • Define, analyze, and distribute the QSE indicator dashboard
  • Contribute to the implementation of the company's social responsibility and sustainable development approach
  • Lead and coordinate QSE teams within the group (QSE officers, controllers, etc.)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Mastering QHSE rules and ensuring compliance with them
  • Mastery of QHSE regulations
  • Know the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Knowing how to conduct audits
  • Mastering capitalization methods
  • Analyze risks (workplace accidents, etc.)
  • Keep occupational health and safety records up to date
  • Mastering computer tools
  • Know how to plan and lead work meetings with various stakeholders
  • Drafting QSE documents (procedures, instructions)

QSE RESPONSIBILITIES & Information Security

  • Compliance with company regulations (employment contract, internal rules, IT security charter, code of conduct, etc.)
  • Compliance with personal data protection measures – GDPR
  • Ensure awareness among internal and external teams (QSE and Information Security)
  • Implement QSE controls
  • Oversee the analysis of accidents, non-compliance, and customer complaints.
  • Overseeing the plan to improve our quality, safety, and health,
  • Ensure the protection of the group's assets, including property and data.
  • Assume authority to suspend or halt construction sites in the event of serious breaches
