  • Job Description: The Kyntus Group, through its subsidiary Kyntus Réseaux, is a leading player in the telecommunications sector specializing in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure. With operations in mainland France, Réunion, and Mayotte, the group relies on several operational entities and continues to grow within a demanding technical and industrial environment. In this context, we are recruiting a QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER – QHSE (M/F) to lead and coordinate the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policy across all of the group’s sites. Reporting to the QSE Director, you will lead and drive the QHSE policy at the group level and ensure its operational implementation across all entities, in mainland France and in the overseas territories. Your responsibilities: Leading the group’s QHSE policy Defining, deploying, and leading the group’s QHSE policy across all sites. Ensure cross-functional coordination of QHSE initiatives among the various entities and subsidiaries. Lead and support local QHSE representatives. Safety and Risk Prevention Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations. Ensure proper enforcement of rules regarding the use of PPE and occupational risk prevention. Analyze incidents, workplace accidents, and non-conformities, and oversee associated action plans. Management Systems and Certifications Maintain and develop QHSE management systems. Oversee certification processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Organize and supervise internal and external audits. Engagement and Continuous Improvement: Develop a QHSE and safety culture among operational teams. Implement awareness and training initiatives. Monitor QHSE performance indicators and oversee improvement plans. Travel may be required nationally and occasionally to the group’s sites. Compensation ranging from €50K to €60K will be adjusted based on the candidate’s profile and experience. Working conditions and environment Position based at the group’s headquarters in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78). Accessible via Tram T6 – L’Onde stop and near the Viroflay Rive Gauche station (RER C).   • Job Description: You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in QHSE, engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial, technical, or telecommunications environment. You have a thorough understanding of QHSE regulations and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, with experience in managing multi-site QHSE initiatives, audits, and occupational risk management. You are comfortable coordinating cross-functional projects and understand field and operational safety challenges. Organized, meticulous, and recognized for your leadership, you know how to bring teams together, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with safety rules.
