The Strategic Committee and the Chairman of Kyntus are pleased to announce the appointment of Franck Bouétard as Chief Executive Officer of the Group on February 2, 2026.
This reorganization of governance should enable Kyntus to accelerate its development. The Group is experiencing strong growth: in just a few years, it has become a leading player in its sector, driven by the signing of contracts with major clients such as Bouygues Telecom and Orange, international expansion in Germany, England, Ireland, and the United States, notably through the acquisition of Entegro, and the diversification of its activities with data centers.
The arrival of Franck Bouétard should help reinforce this trajectory. A graduate of Télécom Paris and IFA Sciences Po (French Institute of Administrators), he began his career at Accenture, then at Elf Aquitaine in the United Kingdom, before continuing at an American start-up and within the Alcatel group. He then spent 24 years at Ericsson in various international management positions, before becoming Managing Director for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and North Africa. Franck is also a member of the Boards of Directors of IN Groupe, Hub One (Paris Airport), the equal opportunities association Article 1, and Télécom Paris.
"With his extensive experience in telecommunications, Franck has a thorough understanding of the specificities of our service business and our ecosystem. We are confident that his arrival will enable us to further accelerate Kyntus' growth, both in France and internationally," said Fabrice de Seze, President of Kyntus.
"It is with great pleasure that I join the Kyntus adventure today to help the Group accelerate its global development. I will bring my experience in profitable growth, my strategic vision, my contacts, and my taste for operations, as well as my full commitment. Kyntus is a company positioned in high-potential markets, with a solid shareholder and financial structure and a robust, high-quality operational culture; it therefore has everything it needs to succeed in this new challenge," commented Franck Bouétard.
