ORGANIZATIONAL POSITIONING
Reporting to the Logistics Manager
MISSIONS
Maintain a telecom equipment store (in a warehouse of around 1000m2) and ensure availability of products for pulling and connection teams.
Guaranteeing inventory accuracy
-check the conformity of products received and delivered,
- preparing products for an order,
- loading onto the transport vehicle,
- inventory management: monitoring product rotation, checking availability, sourcing from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, stocktaking.
- monitoring of inventory software for incoming and outgoing products (ERP CEGID)
- participation in inventory counts.
- routing packages to shipping, storage or production areas,
- packaging, simple assembly, packing,
- upkeep, maintenance (ensuring that handling and storage equipment is in good condition) and cleaning of store equipment.
SKILLS REQUIRED
A good knowledge of all the products listed in the company's stock.
- the ability to read and interpret order tracking documents, barcodes and purchase orders.
- Use of valid CACES 1-3-5 forklift trucks.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Use of barcode scanners (zapettes)
SAVOIR ETRE/SAVOIR FAIRE
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical and organizational skills
- Good command of Excel and customer management tools (ERP skills)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Warehouse work: position located in CANISY 50 (near Saint Lô)
- Internal relations with operational departments
- External relations with customers and subcontractors.
